Relabelling, returns processing and repair – new service from take-e-way

If your merchandise is affected by extensive returns, e.g. due to complaints or insurance claims or if repairs to your products are necessary which you cannot carry out or organise yourself, take-e-way now offers you a suitable solution in collaboration with a partner company from Hamburg.

Services include e.g. telephone or web-based returns registration, acceptance of goods by parcel service or in large batches by truck, processing of customer returns and insurance claims, visual inspection, functional testing and categorisation into A and B goods, as well as cleaning, functional testing, repair and subsequent repackaging. In this way, it can be avoided that reusable goods need to be destroyed unnecessarily at the expense of the environment; instead, they can be re-marketed (for example, as ‘B’ goods).

An important element of the service is the re-labelling of incorrectly labelled goods kept in custody of the customs authorities for this reason. Again, it is not necessarily mandatory to destroy entire batches due to missing or incorrect markings. Re-labelling with legally required markings can be an economical and, above all, ecological alternative.
