Reasonably priced WEEE representative service for France

get-e-right France will not call for any security deposits, it will provide the representative service for all device types without exception and therefore get-e-right France will be less expensive than any alternative service offers known to us in France.

If you sell devices in or to France and do not own a local subsidiary company, you are obligated to appoint an authorized representative.

Related service solutions currently available in France are considered to be unsatisfactory by our customers: Up to now, the appointment of an authorized representative in France is exceptionally cost intensive, mainly due to high service fees charged by providers. In some cases considerable security deposits have to be provided to the relevant representative in order to cover possible future payment defaults and accountability risks, which blocks your capital in a most non-productive way.

We have consequently decided to found our subsidiary company get-e-right France, which will start commercial operations already during this summer.

get-e-right France will not call for any security deposits, it will provide the representative service for all device types without exception and therefore get-e-right France will be less expensive than any alternative service offers known to us in France. Beyond that, get-e-right France as your appointed representative, will fulfill all obligations according the French WEEE legislation on behalf of your company. Additionally, get-e-right France will, in close cooperation with the take-e-way GmbH, take over all related communication with state-licensed take-back schemes and the French environmental protection agency.

For all related queries, please contact our colleague Mr. Mattia Bertazzo via +4940219010769 or bertazzo@take-e-way.de who will also gladly provide relevant information in French. Please also feel free to your make business partners with France based retail operations aware of our solution.
