REACh: Revision of the law relating to chemicals

This initiative may mean e.g. changes to the REACh regulation, communication along the supply chain, simplifications in substance registrations and more efficient control mechanisms.

The EU is planning to revise chemicals legislation as part of its “Green Deal”. A zero-pollutant goal has been declared in this regard. This initiative may mean e.g. changes to the REACh regulation, communication along the supply chain, simplifications in substance registrations and more efficient control mechanisms.

Since 20 January 2022, affected parties have been able to comment on or make suggestions about this project at this Link and will continue to be able to do so until 15 April 2022.

The legislative initiative will affect all consumer durable goods. Economic operators responsible for products, such as manufacturers, importers or fulfilment service providers, should at least observe further developments as they unfold.

trade-e-bility informs its customers about relevant changes in legislation at an early stage and advises on preparation and implementation.

If you have any questions in this regard, our team of consultants will be pleased to assist you. Please call +49/40/75068730-0 or send an e-mail message to beratung@trade-e-bility.de.
