(Hamburg) More than 40 participants benefited from the opportunity on April 2nd in Nuremberg; they got all the information they need on “Legal requirements in electrical and electronic products” by the companies take-e-way and Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH. The seminar was completely booked. On June 25th, 2014 the second joint electronics seminar will take place in Ratingen. Half of the places are already being reserved. The seminar will be hold in German language.

The seminar provides basics, definitions and obligations of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (WEEE) and the Battery Act. In addition, scope, substances and limit values, exceptions as well as obligations to provide proof and the documentation requirements of the RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are imparted.
