Shareholder of take-e-way holds a 50 percent share of trade-e-bility
take-e-way and trade-e-bility cooperated in the field of product safety / product inspection for some time intensively. With a recently acquired 50 percent share in the trade-e-bility GmbH by the Buhck Group, this cooperation is sealed with consolidation and extension.
Dr. Henner Buhck, executive manager of the Buhck Group, expresses his satisfaction about the recent addition to the consortium: “Our group company take-e-way was already closely cooperating with trade-e-bility in the past. The recently performed share is another step of the further development of the business segment of consultancy of the Buhck Group.”
Buhck is one of the largest environmental service providers in Northern Germany and founding shareholder of take-e-way with a 50 percent share. Buhck sustainably supports the development of the company since its foundation in 2004.

A strong cooperation

Experience from the quality management of major DIY stores
Thomas Müller-Krusche, shareholder and managing director of trade-e-bility, was recently responsible for the quality and environmental management of a large DIY chain and he previously worked in the management of the TÜV Rheinland for many years.
