Solutions for bureaucracy problems

Are you having problems selling your appliances and non-food products and can't find a suitable solution? Then read on here.

On 26 September 2024, take-e-way managing director and VERE e.V. board member from the very beginning, Jochen Stepp, officially took his well-deserved retirement. On this occasion, numerous companions came together at the Buhck Group's new headquarters in Reinbek to honour his work and congratulate him personally. Jochen had a decisive influence on take-e-way and was both a guide and a trailblazer.

Jochen taught us never to give up in the face of bureaucracy and to actively create solutions to problems. To this end, he always sought constructive and, above all, positive dialogue, even if he had to conquer the odd ivory tower to do so. His way of dealing with people in a decent manner opened every door for him, no matter how locked.

Jochen also created our vision of the "knights in green tights", who act as Robin Hoods for their customers. And this was always Jochen's greatest focus: directly with the customer. Jochen taught us: if you want to understand the customer, just ask the customer. We will keep Jochen's vision close to our hearts and develop it further. Because: "You can't overtake anyone as long as you follow in their footsteps (François Truffaut)."

We would like to thank Jochen Stepp for the great time we spent together and wish him a happy retirement.

Attention: You don't want to resign yourself to bureaucracy and are looking for constructive dialogue with authorities and other affected sellers, producers and compliance officers? Then join Otto, Hagebau, Osapiens, Berlin Brands Group, EAR Foundation, Packaging Register, Federal Ministry of Economics, Consumer Protection Authority and many others at the East Hotel in Hamburg on 19 November 2024 to discuss how to make products "safe, sustainable and recyclable" for the future. Participation is free of charge for VERE e.V. members and customers of take-e-way GmbH and trade-e-bility GmbH. Become a VERE member now for €25 per year and also benefit from this advantage. Only a few places are still available.
