(Hamburg/Berlin, Germany) The German Solar Industry Association (BSW Solar) will be organising an information event at the Intersolar Europe trade show in Munich/Germany this year regarding the revision of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) and the registration at the foundation EAR for all distributors of photovoltaic modules in the German market. The WEEE service provider take-e-way will be giving information about the obligatory insolvency-proof guarantee in Germany.
General Obligations, Registration and insolvency-proof guarantee
In the four lectures of the compact event the distributors will be given information about the general obligations, the concerned groups and the options.
There will be also other topics, such as the draft of the new Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, the delimitation between B2C and B2B as well as the registration process of the foundation EAR.
Mr. Hjalmar Vierle of take-e-way will inform you about the options and expected cost for the guarantee in case of insolvency.
Also other logistics service providers of the BSW Solar membership will be present for any further questions and answers
