Facilitation for balcony power plants

This means that sellers and producers of balcony power plants may expect an increase in demand, as it will be easier for users to install such systems.

The German Federal Council has decided to make it easier to install balcony power plants (plug-in solar systems). With the new amendment to the law, both flat owners and tenants now have a legal right to the installation of such systems. Owners' associations and landlords can now only refuse them for valid reasons, which was often an obstacle in the past. This means that producers of balcony power plants may expect an increase in demand, as it will be easier for users to install such systems.
