For instance, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently looking for Compliance Program Managers, Global Trade and Product Compliance (Status as of: 27 April 2022). Global Trade and Product Compliance (GTPC) is responsible for ensuring that infrastructure equipment required to support AWS services is imported/exported in a compliant manner in the various countries, including all product certification / safety regulations.
Amazon is also seeking Program Managers, Extended Producer Responsibility for the WW Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) team for Amazon Retail WW. This position falls under the umbrella organisation of PARS: Product Assurance Risk and Safety. The Program Manager works cross-functionally with internal Amazon teams and government agencies to expand and enhance programs to meet environmental requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
